Coriandrum sativum

Great tasting, compact plants. Very slow to bolt relative to most other varieties. With the added bonus that it regrows after multiple cuts for an extended harvest.

Sowing depth: For tiny seed cover very lightly, otherwise sow no deeper than 2-4 times the seed diameter. Direct seed to garden, late spring.
