Fargesia Jiuzhaigou

Fargesia Jiuzhaigou Group is a refined, clump-forming bamboo prized for its slender, upright canes and fine green foliage, ideal for creating a graceful, non-invasive hedge or narrow screen. Best in moist, fertile, well-drained soil, it grows well in sun or light shade; canes may develop warm reddish tones with good light. Naturally dense and upright, it forms a neat screen without running, typically reaching about 34m in height and around 1.52m in spread over time.

To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height. We also use familiar garden tools as visual references: a digging fork (110cm tall) and a hand fork (30cm tall). These are included purely as size guides to help you better judge proportions when viewing the images.
