Hoya Hellwigiana is a lesser-known yet captivating species within the Hoya genus, often admired for its unique and decorative foliage. Native to the tropical forests of Southeast Asia, this Hoya species features small, succulent deep green leaves with striking veins. The leaves will turn into a deep red colour when they get a lot of light. It is a compact vining plant, that produces clusters of small, star-shaped flowers that are typically pink or white with a contrasting centre. These flowers are not only beautiful but also emit a delightful fragrance, especially in the evening.
