Magnificent and beautifully lemon scented, Iris Blue Rhythm is a classic bearded iris producing very large cornflower-blue blooms with a soft silvery sheen. The elegant, domed standards sit above broad falls, highlighted by striking golden beards tipped with frosty white.

Flowering in midseason, this prolific variety adds dramatic colour and fragrance to sunny borders and cottage-style planting. Its sword-like foliage remains attractive after flowering, providing lasting structure. Stunning alongside silver-leaved perennials such as lavender and Russian sage.

May-July flowering. Best in a sunny and well drained position. Height & spread: 100cm x 50cm (40″ x 20″).
