A distinctive ornamental elder celebrated for its soft reddish-brown foliage and pale central veins, creating a unique milk chocolate effect. Large, broad heads of creamy white flowers appear later than most varieties, blooming from July to September and continuing for an extended display. Reaching 23m tall, it puts on a strong autumn show with glowing red tones.

One of Edmund’s hybrids, recently potted on.
