Zamioculcas Black (Raven ZZ Plant)

Zamioculcas Black, commonly known as the Raven ZZ Plant, is a striking houseplant valued for its dramatic dark foliage and exceptional durability. New leaves emerge bright green before gradually maturing into a deep purple black color, creating a bold and modern look that stands out in any indoor space.

The plant grows with thick, upright stems lined with smooth, glossy leaflets that give it a clean, architectural appearance. Its strong form and dark foliage make it an excellent statement plant for homes, offices, and contemporary interiors.

Raven ZZ Plants are known for being extremely low maintenance. They tolerate a wide range of indoor conditions and perform well in both moderate and lower light environments. While they grow best in bright, indirect light, they are one of the few houseplants that can continue to thrive in spaces with limited natural light.

This plant stores water in thick underground rhizomes, allowing it to handle periods of infrequent watering. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings, and avoid overwatering, as the plant prefers well draining soil and does not tolerate sitting in excess moisture.

With its dramatic dark foliage, upright structure, and incredibly forgiving nature, Zamioculcas Black is an excellent choice for beginners and experienced plant owners looking for a stylish and dependable indoor plant.
